When you think the “real you” is what exists here, you are the "real" in another dimension of time thinking that he is the "real" from that dimension.
A very unusual case happened to me.
I received an interesting transmission from two lions, 200 million years ago!

I didn't understand who they were and what they wanted from me, and then I got the shock.
I drew them and didn't "know" what I was drawing, long before I met them.
These two beings, a male and a female, and they live, right now, full and interesting lives in a period when telepathy, telekinesis, moving things with the power of their mind.
and the airiness of the dimension they are in, was very unusual, there was no night or day, everything was very airy, and they contacted me during This present time to verify any future data, they have created a connection with me through all these years.

"What year are you in?"
"We are 200 million years before the time period you are in"
"Why are you contacting me? What is the purpose?"

"Are you dead?"

"Everything is possible, we constantly move between the dimensions of consciousness in every direction, we collect important information for the Supreme Council, this is how it has always been, we recording data"
The conversation was telepathic, but they put me in a vivid vision within their dimension.
"So if you are a data registrars, we are also data registrars?"

Around us, there are lots of beings of different species of different sizes and different colors, and they all live there in harmony, people do not use their mouths to speak, although they can utter words and syllables in strange languages.
They don't pick things up, they know how to move them just by looking, and there is an exemplary order in this world, there is no disturbance or disorder or negative actions.
All this is considered supernatural in the third dimension, but not in that place.

"Wow, if humanity in my dimension had this ability, people would kill each other in seconds"
They looked at me and laughed.
"This is why you have this ability and not all of the humanity, soon those with abilities that are not adapted to the world in which you are at this point in time, those with a clean heart and accurate thoughts for the general, the "seeing" "hearing" "feeling" "interdimensional travelers", will pass to additional dimensions to start from there from the starting point the change and expansion, and "we" from more future points of time, are already placed within your dimension for the transition".
I went to the question that interests me the most.
"Wait, what about our families? And all the people we know?"

" deceased are little stamps of energy that are stuck between the time spaces, and they communicate with some of humanity in tiny data in the spaces, the connections you make with them and they make with you, they are fully alive people living in the present time in their time point, and they have found the energetic connection in your present time points, to make contact and work together".
