The 4 main Types of Alchemy

The Book of Life & Death - part 18 1. Physiological alchemy - alchemy that is performed on an external substance such as the transformation of base metals into gold, water into wine, etc. This is the lowest form of alchemy, because these are the very things that catch the attention of greedy people who try to get rich with the attempt of using manipulation of matter for self interest. Since human greed is insatiable, much fraud has been created over the years by people trying to convince others that they have secrets that can make them wealthy. But the longing for wealth is an illusion that does not last long. No illusion brings joy and no illusion is eternal, but every time we rely on illusion, we bind ourselves to human limitations, work ourselves for material, desire it, and thus hinder the development of the soul. At the same time, the performance of physiological alchemy also requires an advanced level of transmitting vibrations in an internal conscious way, in order to change the composition of the material into a higher potential. Therefore no physiological alchemy will work with the transmitter being in low vibrations. With the help of physiological alchemy we can purify spaces and consecrate objects such as amulets, staffs, rings, crystals and more. Such practices include the use of natural elements in combination with prayers.

2. Biological alchemy - alchemy that is done in order to heal, purify or slow down aging, renewing cells, improving the immune system, immunity from diseases etc. Here the alchemy focuses on various herbs, extracts of vegetables, spices and plants, and the use of various types of mushrooms with special properties for vitality. Biological alchemy is widely used by those who have worked on transcendental and mental alchemy. By using metaphysical vision, it is possible to communicate with the elementals of each plant in order to receive correct guidance regarding the medicine of that strain. Biological alchemy is carried out only through precise intention. Bio Alchemy practices include the study of precise plant extracts carried out by meditation and communication with the elemental of each specific plant. In order to practice biological alchemy on yourself you can consider changing your diet from tamas (a diet based on processed and fried foods) to rajas (a diet of organic and fresh animal and plant foods) or full sattvic (plants and superfoods). It is important to know that the two types of alchemy that we have discussed so far will not lead to the enlightenment of soul bodies, but are carried out as shell operations that accelerate the mental, emotional and energetic processes that we will talk about in the following sections.

3. Mental alchemy - now we reach the advanced levels of internal alchemy. The elevation and transformation of mental alchemy completely changes the perception and mental perspectives that thought can produce, into an accelerated revolution of the mind: universal perspective, imagination, concentration, inductive and deductive reasoning, abstract thinking, analytic contemplation, analogical thinking, mental silence and balance, visualization, lack of identification, neutrality, meditation, Conscious creation, etc. In order for it to be possible to progress in the internal alchemy, the mental layer must be in balance and without phobias, anxiety, guilt, psychosis, neuroticism or any other negative mental factor. The way to balance the mental system is by purifying ourselves of illusions, lies and low frequencies, especially when we are exposed to a large mass of content, information and people. Learning esoteric information such as integrative models, the gnostic Kabbalah, Dao philosophy, and advanced metaphysics, subconscious wiring practice, general enrichment, all of these elevate evolution and neurological wiring to positive, productive and empowering thinking. After all, thinking and imagination itself is what produces our reality. In addition, the esoteric work of energetic and emotional healing will lead to the balance of the mental system. All this requires a lot of  dedication, inner authority and personal commitment of the awakened person to do the work on the mental layer in a constant and conscious manner. Each advancement on a mental path will provide a wider reference and give meaning to the phenomenon that is embodied in the narrative of life. Although metaphysical and esoteric information can be interpreted as stated at the beginning of the study process, a dedicated journey will lead the researcher to a new system of understanding regarding the reality in which he lives.

However, learning esoteric content and the right selection of information are only a small part of mental alchemy. The main mental alchemy is performed through esoteric work, which is daily meditation on the psychological defects. This is the main and most urgent meditation to implement. All students and spiritual aspirants must know how to do esoteric work on psychological defects independently - every day. Only through meditation will we know ourselves, and only when we know and understand ourselves to the root, will we know the secrets of the universe, and the mysteries of life and death. Mental alchemy is meditation. We must reach all our defects in all levels of the subconscious. We must know all the egos that manifest through us and find the root of each defect. We need to detect the exact moment we gave these egos access and permission to act on our behalf. Conventional psychology speaks of one ego, but we say this is a mistake. Every human being has a fleet, a legion, an army of egos. Every ego wants control and expression, every ego has desires. You now have psychological defects of fear on various subjects, various angers on situations or people, jealousy, various accusations related to events in life, pride, shame. There are a multitude of egos, and each of them is influential. Each of them is draining  your energy. The only way through which we purify ourselves of the egos, is when we fully understand their root and expression in life. This is the first stage of esoteric meditation - to come to the truth, whether it happened in this life or in a previous life. The second step in the esoteric work is to “prosecute” each defect. To see its expression and surrender to the change that we are about to implement in life in order to release the defect from us. The third stage in the esoteric work of mental alchemy is inner forgiveness and the fourth stage is the request to the spiritual mother - Kundalini, or in other words to the cosmic energy. We ask the higher forces to release us from the defect. They release us from the defect only when we have comprehended all the lessons associated with the defect. The higher powers will free us from egos only when they know that there will be no more mistakes related to the same psychological defect. The Kundalini only listens to us when we work with the Kundalini, and  for this we need alchemy number 4.4. Transcendental alchemy - the highest level of internal alchemy, is yogic in essence, and provides technology in order to reach a level of vitality and high frequency activity, a high potential of ability, emotional balance, creation, access to various states of brain activity on alpha waves, access to theta waves, healing, channeling, downloading information, and finally levels of delta wave activity. At those moments of illumination he ego collapses and subjective and objective experience merge completely into one. Transcendental alchemy is the most powerful, but will also require the highest level of personal responsibility and direct involvement by consistent practice and work on the ego, in order to purify the emotional system and balance the energy centers, for a proper and organic ascension of the Kundalini energy. Transcendental alchemy includes practices of emotional alchemy and sexual energetic alchemy:Emotional Alchemy - Emotional alchemy is carried out through practical actions that help us release the inner pain, traumas and emotional sediments that hold our progress, from this life and previous lives. Traumas cannot be understood or simply spoken out, but we can cry and vent them out in ways that will grant us an appropriate integration with every painful event that happened in the past. The best way to apply emotional alchemy is through somatic skills that combine circular breathing, activating autonomous tremor with the help of TRE, expressing the pain in words and even pressing on different points of traumas in are tissues.

Sexual Energetic Alchemy - The most powerful creative energy in the cosmos must be transmuted, otherwise it produces abnormalities of thought and behavior. The cosmic energy should rise within us to the point of activation of chakras and the creation of all our soul bodies. It is the true fountain of youth, the path to the ascension of the kundalini, the cessation of disease and human karma. We will study the metaphors and allegories of alchemy in the following chapters. Sexual alchemy can be done in two ways. Alchemy for singles or Alchemy for couples.

Sexual alchemy for singles is implemented through the practice of Kriya Yoga, an advanced form of pranayama in which we transform the sexual energies through the passage of the sushumna channel along the spine, from the base to the crown. This is the method used by yoga nirvanis to reach samadhi states. This is the method of the spiral path where one has to return to a new body thousands of times until the enlightenment of the soul bodies is complete. This is the slower method, for singles who do not use the Chariot of the Star of David.

Sexual alchemy for couples is the esoteric work of sexuality taught by Jesus, Moses and other Gnostic teachers for the complete transmutation of energies. In order to illuminate the solar bodies and burn karma we need to use white sexual alchemy. This alchemy includes the practice of full sexual contact with a partner without the emission of semen. This is the fastest way to raise the Kundalini. Kundalini rises through sexual contact that originates in love. Kundalini does not rise without love. A loving couple makes the Star of david. No one makes this today even though it is in front of everyone's eyes. In the following chapters we will expand on the esoteric meaning of sexual magic. White sexual alchemy cannot be performed without a partner. White alchemy contains white magic of healing and chakra activation. White alchemy is the opposite of black alchemy, the sexual way of humanity today, which includes the emission of sperm - the emission of cosmic energies. Sexual alchemy is performed through full sexual contact without ejaculation, combined with mantras and prayers.
