Spiral Dynamics model - Yellow phase

The Book of Life & Death - part 28 The yellow stage is a more conscious development than any of its predecessors. It takes all the previous levels and performs an intelligent integration between religion, science and spirituality. The people of the yellow phase are aware of the different values ​​of human beings, they understand the gradual progress of consciousness and accordingly, know that it is impossible to jump over spirals. When we understand the slow development between levels, we can adapt the proper development strategy for each spiral, without using the same method for everyone. The people of yellow values ​​know that it is not possible to speak green language with blue people. For example, they know that in order to promote people from the red level, it is necessary to have a blue education and not a green morality. We cannot speak a yellow language or a turquoise language with people who are in the blue world of values, but we can use the orange science to prove our point. This is not arrogance, but an awareness of the type of information each stage can receive and use in a practical way in order to develop. Because of this, the yellow values ​​people are good at finding good local solutions for each population.

The people of the world of blue values ​​work in government jobs and private offices as employees. People from the world of orange values ​​prefer to establish their own independent business or organization. The people of the world of green values ​​deal with art, therapy and setting up workshops and music festivals in order to exist. The people of the yellow world exist independently in the jobs they invent for themselves, without belonging decisively to rigid definitions of a field of occupation. They can be writers but also podcasters, even comedians who can express themselves in an open manner about serious topics. Because these are integrative people, they can talk to any spiral level in a practical and non-offensive way, be open to sitting with people from different backgrounds and hearing new ideas without the need to identify with them or develop an ideology. These are independent and multidisciplinary people who find creative ways of existence and creation in order to help people develop and become more aware, without dragging them into too metaphysical worlds. They do not take the world too seriously and thus maintain a stable sanity over time. They don't need organizations, institutions or predetermined businesses to attract an audience to them. Their authenticity does all the work. Their transformational dilemma will be whether to jump into the deep esoteric metaphysical worlds or remain at the level of yellow practical integration.
