The Book of Life & Death - part 27 The green phase of the spirals model occurs only after the transition of the dilemma of transformation from the orange phase, which gives people the opportunity to experience their feelings without hiding them under a cloak of pride and material. Connecting with emotions is a great thing, but out of awareness, emotions can get blown out of proportion. In the green phase, people return to the values ​​of collective community, creation and art, music, activism etc. There is much more awareness of the ecology of the planet and its destruction due to the greed of the orange phase. There is also opposition to orange capitalism, the heavy consumer culture of the Western world, the conventional financial system and more. People in the green stage seek redemption in workshops, spiritual courses, retreats, spiritual mentors, gurus, festivals, singing circles or any external help they can get their hands on. There is an openness and tolerance towards minority groups, different genders, vegetarianism, veganism, same-sex relationships, political activism, and other liberal concepts that people identify with at this stage. This search leads humans to receive external authority regarding higher concepts than the previous stages. 

At the same time the green phase is still unconscious. The collectivism of the green phase causes herd thinking, a hive mind where people like to shout slogans and clichés under a pretend morality, without understanding the spiral complexities of the different worlds of values. Green people think they can embrace the other worlds of values hard enough so they can also identify with their liberal world of values. The people of green values ​​are similar in this case to the people of blue values. They believe in ideologies and create a strong identity around them. At the same time they all believe they are spiritual people, but it is still not spirituality. Green “spirituality” is based on colorful clothes, tattoos, use of psychedelic drugs, excessive sexual openness, hair styles and social activity at various levels. At the same time, the various workshops do not teach them real mental and emotional balance, but give access to all those desires that were repressed in their previous stages of values. This is not spirituality but wannabe spirituality. Psychedelic drugs do give a small glimpse of additional dimensions of existence, but it's like jumping high on a trampoline and seeing a pinch of truth that lies beyond the fence. Any psychedelic high eventually leads to a crash. As soon as one finishes the trip, the egoic system returns to normal activity and the whole experience is again perceived by the intellect, which interprets the experience in a distorted way. When we look deeply into the liberal world we find the same anger found in people with blue values. Anything outside the bounds of green ideology will be met with furious and violent treatment by liberals. We can see it in groups like Antifa, political demonstrations, or the verbal violence that people encounter when they are not ready to use the dozens of new gender names invented by the people of green values ​​and maintained by teachers and professors in academia, media and the entertainment industry. Such a display of physical and verbal violence indicates an emotional imbalance in people who react emotionally in any situation of disagreement with their ideologies. Many students with green values ​​study subjects that take them nowhere, only to find themselves angry and blaming others for their situation. Under the disguise of spirituality or ideological-Marxist justice, green morality makes people righteous, justifying and fighting over ideologies they don't fully understand. It is easy to connect with liberal ideology, to shout it at demonstrations or to force it on people through pressure exerted by a large group. At the same time, any personal appeal to those people makes them mad or just shut up, especially when they are not around their hive minded group. As individuals , they fail to explain, probably Not even to themselves, why they believe in what they believe. It can be said that the green values ​​operate more on the basis of emotion and not on logic. The protest about the institutions and the financial conduct of the orange world, makes people with green values ​​forget how to manage themselves in a proper way or to earn money. It's certainly a progress of people that want to do good, ​​compared to standards of the orange phase, but at this stage there is no real integration or strategy for those problems that the world of green values ​​is trying to solve. This integration is exactly the dilemma of the transition of the green phase into the yellow phase, where awareness and synergy are created.
