How to deal with Shame

On the scale of human consciousness the shame vibration is calibrated at 20. It is the lowest vibrational position after 0 which is death. Unquestionably, whosoever experiences this vibrational standard, undeniably undergo extreme emotional pain and mental imbalance. The standard mental - emotional vibration of shame is not something to take lightly, not as a parent, a friend, a spouse or a teacher. It’s not about not passing an exam at school or failing at something at work. Temporary unease like that would not be called a standard, but a mild disappointment, which will navigate itself back to where it belongs within a short period of time. However people who experience the standard of shame are in grave danger, because of the fact that they are the ones that are more likely to commit suicide. If you see someone who is in constant vibration of shame, know that those are the ones who need help the most. An example of that can be seen in the labor factories of China, where they had to place a net between the factory buildings because of the high number of jumpers. This is because those people are deprived of basic humanity. They feel no hope for a better future, or real value to life. This vibration also fit the victims of long term humiliations, violence, sexual abuse, drug abuse, especially when the victims have been hurt for a long period of time by the people who suppose to make them safe, like family members, spouse or teachers. People who are calibrated at 20 are in deep trauma. They are almost in a catatonic state. The last thing on their mind is to be a productive member of society, to gain success or metaphysical knowledge, and nor should it be. Their whole system is in survival fight, flight or freeze mode. When this is the norm, the blood at the center of the body, whose purpose is to give enough vitality for the digestive and immune system, flows constantly to the limbs, just like what happens when we face extreme danger. This is a very important mechanism that is supposed to help us flee when we are being chased by attackers or wild animals. Although People who carry trauma from the past may not be in an extreme environment anymore, their system however didn’t discharge the emotional baggage the event has left within them. To them, danger is still something very much present and alive. prescribed drugs given by doctors don’t help but just numb the pain and make people addicts without really dealing with the problem.
There are 3 major steps in dealing with shame. The first one is to be aware of the state. People who are in standard shame most of the time won’t seek help by themselves because they just don't have the emotional capacity to do so. Remember that this is a very low frequency, and that means the body has almost no energy. They will prefer to be invisible or to hide from the world forever, so this is actually our responsibility to recognize their condition and to help them. Step number two is emotional discharge. The best thing that people can do when their system is in survival mode is somatic treatment that includes deep breathwork combined with induced tremors. Many people hold the pain inside rather than crying and shaking it outside. Animals know how to use this mechanism perfectly, that's why you don’t see animals in catatonic states, although many animals are living in extreme danger of being preys. Unfortunately, people forgot how to use this mechanism and practices. You can learn the Basics in our free fundamental course. The third step is a hope. Aspiring for a better future. Emotional discharge will make the system less stuck, therefore people can allow themselves to think, behave and choose differently, leaving the events of the past to the past, and begin to see some good in their life. Of course the sad fact is that there are many hostile environments that do not allow the opportunity for healing. This humanity of the 5th race is undoubtedly doomed like those who were at the times of sodom and gomorrah. Compassion is just a meaningless word in our time. Technology made life easy, however humanity is sick and bitter more than ever. The standard vibration of the collective is very low, and all the wars on earth right now is the expression. With that being said, if you have a wifi connection and you are reading these words, your conditions are pretty good. Just the fact that you have enough energy to work, read, engage with society, drive yourself to be better, tells that you are not calibrated at 20. The collective will change slowly while you can change faster. Your higher vibration means that you can help others that have lower frequency. Even if you don’t have the skills to heal them, you can still detect them and maybe point them to some trusted sources of yours who can do the work.
Shame is an Illusion, a distortion. shame of showing yourself, of what others may think, or how they would react. So to really heal & overcome shame is a combination of two fundamental steps. The first step is emotional & mental healing, and that is great,
but without your action the healing process never complete itself, and this is the real test. The second step is for you to go and express your truth, and what you feel. Post it and bare witness to your past illusion. You will discover that many people think as you think, and they will agree with you. It's the only way
