How does human consciousness develop?

The Book of Life & Death - part 20 The difference between exoteric, esoteric and gnostic information

Earthly challenges force us to investigate, observe and comprehend our lives independently of collective concepts and limiting beliefs, in order to understand reality, as well as the milestones that will testify that we are indeed in the right direction in our journey. There are 3 main options for receiving and assimilating information. Information has a tremendous impact on shaping human consciousness. Today when most of the world's population can read, it is easy to use content and media to shape human consciousness. 3 types of information are:

1. Exoteric information

This is the information we all receive in the news and media channels, science and academia, religious literature, theoretical literature, library, the government, recommended books and bestsellers, biased government studies, yellow press, pop articles and more. The exoteric information adapts itself to culture and time, consistently changing its truths every few years. One absolute truth about which books and articles have been written for years is replaced by another absolute truth. Literature of ideologies falls into the category of exoteric information, since any ideology views the world through a narrow lens of truths and principles. Perceiving reality through ideology would be just like trying to define a person by the color of their hair or their height. Ideology is assimilated through propaganda and control of the sources of education. This is done in dictatorships, religions and modern education which includes indoctrination of social and sometimes military principals. The science that has done wonders for humanity in recent centuries, knows how to refer only to the physical aspects of phenomena, but without information about the metaphysical meaning in all the other dimensions that exist. If we don't have an esoteric approach to plants, we can burn them and make extracts, but never understand the meaning or communicate with the elementals, or in other words the spirit of the plant. If we only consider the physical aspects of phenomena around us, we lose 99% of the real value of every event and information. Intellectual learning without direct experience is equivalent to any other belief in external authority.

Exoteric practices:

Like the exoteric information, the exoteric practices deal with cultivation, preservation and physiological survival. The exoteric practices are all the same things that society suggests we do, when we have an internal or physical problem. Such practices include running, cycling or any other aerobic activity, anaerobic activity that includes lifting weights, asana classes, pilates, crossfit, nutrition according to doctors, trying different types of diets, taking pills according to the prescription of doctors, psychologists and psychiatrists, going to doctor or to a wide variety of other conventional and New Age treatments, whenever there is pain or inflammation in the physical system. Doctors can give external treatments in order to dull the pain, but they do not have the ability to understand the metaphor and why the pain or inflammation appeared in the first place, therefore the treatment is in the symptoms but never in curing the problem itself, the cause. Information and exoteric practices have a very limited ability to truly develop us. The collective information provides a very small spectrum of options. Remember,  you will not be able to eat or run, or asana your problems out. Pills and talks won't help. If it would have helped we would have witnessed a healthy human population a long time ago. Instead we are witnessing an ethical and psychological deterioration, as the development of technology increases, and the mental problems multiply with new definitions and titles every year. The exoteric information given to children turns their brains to mush, as do exoteric entertainment programs like reality, which put thousands into hypnosis after a long day of work in the Matrix. 

2. Esoteric information During our journey of spiritual development we realize that the exoteric information offered to us is either deficient, lacking, limiting, tends to ideologies, and thus we have no choice but to look for additional sources of information that institutions and academies do not offer in their repertoire. In the past we had to travel around the world, or to distant teachers in order to be exposed to esoteric materials, and even then the challenge was to interpret and understand the various scriptures. Today however, we can find many esoteric materials. Esoteric information belongs to the people who seek it. It has always been there, just not in the lexicon that is passed on to the masses. The exoteric information leaves us confused and at the mercy of external powers. Through esoteric information we begin to piece together the real puzzle about the reality we experience and how it is structured. Piece by piece we begin to assemble a picture that seems amorphous and too large in the first stages, but makes more and more sense as we continue to explore and experiment. Esoteric information takes exoteric information to new depths. In esoteric knowledge offers completely different and new meaning regarding all the writings of the religions. We can learn the tree of life and the doctrine of Kabbalah or Christianity and Islam - intellectually through memorizing the verses. But this is not what will make us understand the true meaning of what is written. When we begin to study Kabbalah and esoteric studies we realize that everything written in those books is written through various codes and allegories. For example, every time the name of God is written in a different way - Jehovah, Lord, GOD ELOHIM GIBOR, it is actually a code word that refers to different layers of sephiroth, or in other words, the reference each time is to in different dimensions. Other examples are the Apocalypse of John which tells about the 7 churches or in other words the 7 chakras that we need to activate, the 7 days of creation refer to the alchemy that must be done in order to illuminate the 7 bodies of the multidimensional being that we are and of course the 7 stages of creation of the cosmogenesis, which correspond to the 7 races, the 7 subraces, 7 color and 7 notes, all of which will be expand later chapters. The 12 apostles are the 12 zodiac signs and the 12 powers that we awaken in the transformation process, the 12 commandments are 12 principles of internal and alchemical dharma that we perform for burning karma. Each letter in Kabbalah has an energetic meaning and each word has an esoteric meaning that creates a synergy of code that we need to know and understand during learning. If we know how to do this, the stories of all the writers in the world take on a completely different meaning and applications. In the following chapters of this book I will share with you my esoteric research, with the most significant information that I have gleaned from countless hours of reading, learning and practicing various techniques. Such information gives a phenomenal reference to the events in our life Esoteric practices:If you want to start experiencing reality more objectively, you need to apply practices and techniques through which the intellect system can be turned off. The intellect is a cloud of opinions, misconceptions, beliefs, fear, insecurity and anger. As soon as we involve intellect in the process - our egos will begin to express themselves and speak. We cannot understand egos intellectually, just as we cannot understand information completely intellectually. To start experiencing the abilities of higher perception - jogging in the park, eating green leaves and doing your asana will not be enough. To fully understand a psychological defect, we need to see its root and cause. We need to know how to get into real meditation and bring our brain waves down to alpha, theta and then delta status. We need to know how to release traumas through breathing and tremors. Talk and pills will never bring about a complete release of pain like guided controlled hyperventilation can offer. There is no pill or therapist that can cure sexual problems or impotence or premature ejaculation problems like the practice of white alchemy. Esoteric practices accelerate trance processes with which the intellect and egos do not participate in the process. It is the bridge to the beginning of a direct experience of reality that does not depend on books or the opinions of others. Esoteric practices include pranayama, practice of ethics and generosity, Different types of breathworks, TRE, object centered meditation or esoteric meditation to work on our psychological defects, Kriya Yoga, work with energies and much more. 3. Gnostic information Esoteric information does put together the objective puzzle picture of reality for us, but such information can still have many holes. Not all esoteric information is Gnosis. There are excellent esoteric models that can explain to us about the evolution of consciousness, but because the researchers were not Gnostic, they did not have the ability to confirm the information and so they missed the whole thing about the devolution of consciousness. Gnostic information takes the esoteric information and validates it. You can read books by Gnostic masters but that still falls into the external authority slot that we want to avoid. With the help of the esoteric practices you will get the tools to explore information in a gnostic way. After you have practiced the esoteric work correctly and long enough, it is only at the point where you are skilled enough to enter meditation and the astral, mental and inferno levels, that your real realization begins. You must directly experience all the information you read about intellectually before. Once you know how to comprehend the metaphysical meaning of every phenomenon and object, then you can say that the information you received is Gnostic, since it relies on inner authority through direct experience. Gnostic practices - At a certain point in your esoteric practice, you will illuminate in your metaphysical faculties enough to allow you to have spiritual journeys on many levels, starting with the astral worlds where you undergo astral initiations, the purification of the mental world, the laws and principles of the causal world and much beyond that. You will activate the faculties of sight and hearing and intuition, in order to receive guidance from your innermost, or visual information about your past lives. You can communicate with masters, devas or elementals of plants and animals. You can summon teachers and learn about the science of life and death in different temples. If you rise to the level of working with people and helping them in the physical world, you will be able to see them also reach you on astral levels in order to receive a more metaphysical initiation. The Gnostic astral initiations happen the moment we awaken our consciousness enough, with ethics and psychological equilibrium. We stop dreaming and instead do conscious work at higher and lower dimensions. we begin to perceive intuitive information about objects and people, read energies, see the intentions behind people's words. In order to activate the metaphysical faculties we have to follow the universal principles of ethics, karma and dharma. In other words, the esoteric work and the Kundalini work should be done fully and honestly. Gnostic practices are only possible for those who work with the kundalini. However gnostic information can also reach those who activate their kundalini upside down through black alchemy practices. Such activation generates karma that is unredeemable. As soon as you begin to experience reality gnostically, you open up realities within yourself that you wouldn't think could or ever exist. Your reality and history are much richer than you think. The universal principles of karma and dharma operate at any given moment, every information, deed, speech or thought is recorded. To begin to understand reality we need good psychological, emotional and mental foundations. We may have studied this or that concept, or read some books. So we have just gathered and accumulated some ideas about life, and now we think we know something. But is it really working? The better question we should ask ourselves is how we are emotionally during the day. Are we loving, are we accepting, acting with good intentions, how do we treat other people, how do we treat ourselves. Are we creating and expressing our voice, are we having good relationships with our spouse and parents and kids? are we happy and whole, are we able to manifest our will and art to the world? Are we content and respectful to others? Because if we are not, our method or spirituality accounts to nothing. If we are jealous, resentful, angry, afraid to express our own value, blaming and criticizing others and their perspectives, what good are our books and concepts? If all our day is dramas, fights, gossiping and having conflicts with people, we can't delude ourselves that we are ok. Burying others and their opinions in a whole would not make anyone look higher. Gnosis is a way to connect with our GOD within through love and compassion at First.
