The Spiral Dynamics model - Red phase

The Book of Life & Death - part 24 The red stage in the model of the development of consciousness is the moment when we begin to develop the concept of self. The transformation dilemma of moving from the purple to the red stage leads the person to consider whether he continues to share with his clan members and the collective at all levels of life, or alternatively start thinking about personal interests without the need for the group to which he belongs. In the red stage of the values, the question arises, why not take things for myself, and if others in the group do not agree to my individual desires, is there a reason not to take what I seek by force? From the tribal model, humanity evolved into kingdoms and empires. At some point in human history, individuals from all over the world decided to take power into their own hands, and they didn't have to be great diplomats to do so. Diplomacy is a concept that has not yet been created in the human scale of values. If you want something, you take it by force. And so it happened that the tribes expanded into autonomies controlled by the person who was considered the strongest, the one who was able to take power and produce absolute control through physical fear. The red phase is linked to Machiavellian values ​​that direct rulers to exercise brute power over their subjects. Those subjects have no rights, but are subjected to every command that comes from the ruler. The ruler has the choice regarding the life and death of each of his subjects. The one who sits at the top of the power pyramid runs a small military junta. There are no citizens or authorities that limit the power of rulers. They can basically do all they want for their immediate satisfaction. A red environment is an environment full of fear, jealousy, constant danger, and whispering about others. The main purpose of the red phase is to expand the empire, to show the military and physical power so others can fear. The red values ​​are still prevalent in today's humanity. People like to be feared by others. The red values ​​are without religious or scientific ideology. But they are not immune to karma and collapse, as every empire in history met its end in a brutal and humiliating way, making way for another empire and eventually a more advanced world of values. The oldest red empires include ancient China, ancient Persia, ancient Russia, the Nordic civilizations, Egypt 4000 years ago and even North Korea today. Most of the empires happened during the fifth human race. Gnostically we need to understand that the phenomena of the red values are specifically linked to the fifth race. The spiral model is only true for the fifth race of humans. Previous human races were quite different in terms of development, but in the fifth race we have lost all metaphysical faculties, being at the mercy of the physical senses and the intellect alone. 

The red values ​​bring with them a belief in the multiplicity of gods, mythologies, but the actions and deeds are not for those gods, but sacrifices that hide internal interests of kings and rulers. There are almost no countries today that hold fully red values, but there are countries that hold partial red values. We have to remember that these are values ​​that rise in a spiral, so each country or person has a dominant spiral and other partial values ​​that turn down and up on the axis of the value scale. The red values ​​in individual development begin as soon as we reach the age of two. The ego begins to take shape and with it egocentrism. Children learn to say "no" to their parents' demands. They learn to manipulate in order to get what they want at any given moment. The development to higher levels of consciousness in the following years will be conditioned by the spirals of the parents and the values of the collective ​​in the area where they grow up. On the healthy side of the red values, people subsist from small businesses, market stalls, independent grocery stores,small jewelry shops etc. In the unhealthy level of the red phase, people will be drawn to crime, drugs or human trafficking, cartels, militias that seize control of small areas. These crimes are not ideological but for personal financial interests. Without the stimulation of a higher world of values, people will find themselves living their lives under red values. You can see the transition from the purple values ​​to the red values ​​in the natives of America "Indians" who leave the reservations in order to exist in the western society. At the same time many find themselves falling into crime, alcohol and gambling. We can see other examples of a transition from purple to red in Africa through the pirates and militias that arose after the Western countries left the territories they themselves divided, certain areas in Asia, the country of Papua which is near Australia, the cartels and corruption of South American countries. Universally, red centers work and collaborate secretly with blue and orange authorities in order to generate money on the backs of the local weakened populations of the western countries. Red values are still alive and embedded in all corners of commerce, Hollywood entertainment, lotteries and casinos around the world. After many years of struggle, those who feel guilty or who find themselves tired of the constant struggle of the red values, turn to the blue stage in order to receive salvation or some redemption for all the deeds they have committed during their years of life. Red brings people to satisfaction only up to a certain level. The red value people often find themselves involved in violence, long periods in prison and danger from all sides. The dilemma of those with red values ​​is whether to continue to fight and live in constant danger, or to accept and be subject to the laws of the local authorities. This usually happens to people in later ages, when they are unable to generate the same amount of energy required for an intense life. At the same time, those who are born under conditions of higher values, make the conversion from the red values to the blue world of values at a relatively early age.
